Striker – Charlie Austin

It has to be Austin up front. No question about it. Fresh from a week off (though he should’ve been in the England squad, in my not-so-humble opinion) and the one person on the squad to whom the moniker “proven goal-scorer” applies this season, he’ll be looking to bury one into Loris Karius’ net. Here’s hoping he gets the supply from the midfield to actually do so, and here’s hoping Gareth Southgate’s watching when he does.
