Right Back – Cédric

Cédric returns after a long absence due to injury, and is my pick to get the start over Cuco Martina here. Martina’s been solid if not great, but with a midweek fixture vs Sparta Praha coming up, Claude Puel may want to hold him and give the newly-healthy Portuguese the start here. The chemistry between he and captain Jose Fonte may also tip the scales in his favor here as the back line are likely to be harassed all day by Jurgen Klopp’s potent attacking three.
