Keiran Tierney

Since their return to the Premier League Southampton have signed two players from Scottish giants Celtic, both to great success. Now should come the time for the Saints to return north in order to replace Bertrand.

Despite having been around for several years Tierney is still only 20, yet he had made nearly 50 club appearances and is a fully-fledged senior international.

Possessing good pace with an ability to overlap and cross, Tierney helped his side with two goals this campaign whilst also remaining disciplined with just a single yellow card.

His age may make him less experienced than the other candidates but the left-back has bags of potential and he has a mature head too – he’d be a fantastic addition to the squad.
