This evening the Saints revealed their 2017/18 kits, which came as a stark contrast to the season’s before.

Southampton’s official kits were, for once, exactly like the leaked concepts that emerged on the internet a few weeks ago.

The home strip is an obvious throwback to the Air Florida days in the form of a large white stripe down the middle of the kit, whilst the away strip retains the normal look but with a black and blue twist.

Like the season just gone a third or alternative kit won’t be revealed until one is needed, whilst the goalkeeper kit remains largely the same with a green theme.

I took to the Saints Marching Twitter to grab some opinions from fans about the eye-catching, albeit surprising choice of styles and colours by kit-makers Under Armour.
