Jack Grealish

Another option that will perhaps raise a few eyebrows is Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.

The 21-year-old villain didn’t set the Championship alight last season, but proved in the final few games of the campaign why he is so highly sought after.

Grealish can play in a number of positions, and will be familiar with English team-mates Nathan Redmond and James Ward-Prowse should he move to the south coast.

His silky feet is something that Saints missed last season, with cockiness a trait that not many of the current squad possess.

It is doubtful Southampton would make a move for the youngster, who is expected to have a big season wherever he is playing, but he is an exciting player to say the least.
