Harrison Reed

Norwich City – Five appearances, one goal, one assist

Harrison Reed joined Norwich last month in what looked to be a great move for both the player and the club. Although the Canaries have had an erratic opening to the campaign, Reed has started all five matches and should be delighted to be playing regular first-team football.

The undisputed highlight of his early Norwich experience was his first senior goal in the 2-0 win over QPR. And it was an absolute belter (check it out at 2:20). His most recent appearance also saw Reed’s first assist for the club, a clever pass to set up Josh Murphy.

So far the 22-year-old has played as the central man in a 352 formation and as the anchor in a 4-5-1 formation. As Daniel Farke gets to grips with life in the Championship, Reed will be keen to continue his solid performances and cement his starting place.

Norwich are looking for a route back to the Premier League, and if Reed can be a significant part of that push he will come back to Saints a better player than he left.
