Deadline day is fast approaching. The summer transfer window closes this coming Thursday. It is safe to say a lot of Saints fan’s are hoping, and expecting, for some signings to arrive on the south coast.

With little-to-no rumours about potential incomings, and a large portion of the Saints fanbase agreeing (for once) that another signing or two is needed. There have only really been three major transfers this summer despite a similar amount of deperatures, meaning the squad is no deeper than it was before.

Some of the Saints Marching contributors decided to give their opinion over the weekend on who their one signing would be before or on deadline day. We hear from Luke Dennis, Ethan Evans, Ed Waugh, Conor Dunford and the Site Expert Chris Hughes.
