Southampton 0-1 Manchester United: Player ratings

Southampton gave it their all in an 0-1 defeat to Manchester United at St. Mary’s on Saturday. It was an inspired performance from the same Saints XI that defeated Crystal Palace a week ago.

A Romelu Lukaku goal was the difference in the game, but United created little going forward in the second half. Southampton were unlucky to not get a well deserved goal, but Jose Mourinho’s side continues to display the discipline needed to win games.
