You’ve done a lot for everyone else but what now it’s time for your own gift. What Saints-themed present would you ask for, if you could have anything, what would it be?

Ed: I would be quite keen on the training gear, my life is a pretty active one including my job so it’d be handy. Plus the amount that stuff costs in comparison to somewhere like sports direct means I never go out of my way to buy from the club. Sounds bad that.

Ewan: Now if the club insist on staying at St Mary’s… I’d quite like one of those named bricks in the Chapel for my family – I think I was born too late to get one of those.

Jack: Honestly, I would like nothing more than a Shane Long goal. He may not be the biggest fans favourite, but I like watching him play. He gives everything every time he plays and I think the rest of the side would be so happy to see him score. At times. it feels like he may never score a goal again, but it also feels like if he gets one the flood gates might open. There’s rumours he could be off in the Summer or even in January, but I do think it would be a mistake to make.

Ben K: I would ask for a Southampton home shirt with Bertrand on the back. That way I can get him to sign the shirt when I see him at Christmas!

Dan: Most people may say a shirt, others a tracksuit, personally I’d love a few shares in the club. Pretty old fashioned I know but it would mean that I’d actually own a part of my club.

Marc: It may seem far-fetched at the moment, but I’d love to see Saints play Champions League football in my lifetime. The club are always ambitious and mentioned qualification for the top european competitions when they were promoted. It would take a lot of rebuilding, a lot of luck and probably some of the big clubs to fail miserably but who knows. It’s more than likely not to ever happen, but we can all dream can’t we?

Christian: I’d like to receive a season-ticket.

Ben W: I’d like nothing more than to get a framed shirt signed by all my favourite players from past and present – even if most of them have left…

Erik: A plane flight and tickets to the final game of the season, at St. Mary’s, hosting the already crowned champions – Manchester City. Hopefully the game is not that important to us either…

Nikos: Personal helicopter service to and from St. Mary’s on match days. Transport and work logistics mean I can’t realistically have a season ticket at the moment, but the chopper rides would probably solve that!
