Southampton continue to be linked with a lengthy list of potential signings who could prove pivotal in turning their season around.

Following the sale of Virgil van Dijk to Liverpool for £75 million, the Saints board have a large amount of money to re-invest in the squad and rumours of their movements in this January transfer window have the Saints fans anxiously waiting for new arrivals.

Attacking reinforcements look to be a must with the side struggling for attacking creativity and goals, but with January coming right in the middle of the season, these players will likely demand higher fees.

However, with the Saints hovering just above the Premier League relegation zone, something is going to have to be done to stop them being plunged into deeper trouble.
