Southampton. CEDRIC SOARES. 6. Cedric was defensively sound, but didn’t look to beat the man and put a ball in perhaps as much as his team-mate Ryan Bertrand.. Right-back

5. Stephens didn’t have one of his best games in red and white, losing Kane for the equaliser as well as missing a glorious chance to nudge Saints back ahead. He did make a good block from Erik Lamela.. Centre-back. Southampton. JACK STEPHENS

Left-back. Southampton. RYAN BERTRAND. 7. Bertrand again looked one of Southampton’s best players and provided the dangerous ball in for the opening goal. Looked very willing to get beyond the winger and try to make something happen.
