In just over an hour Southampton will face an impressive Wolves side at Molinuex, with both teams hoping to grab an important three points.

Led by former-Porto coach Nuno, the home side turned several heads in the Championship last campaign with some big-name arrivals – a theme which continued into this summer as they brought in Joao Moutinho and Adama Traore among others.

But the Saints have made some decent signings themselves – Danny Ings has three goals to his name already whilst Mohamed Elyounoussi and Jannik Vestergaard have both started life on the south coast respectably.

Despite the fact that the Saints are only four places beneath their opponents, Wolves already have four points than Mark Hughes’ side as well, having lost just one of their first six Premier League games. The Saints meanwhile have just the one win to their name, courtesy of a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace before the first international break.

Wolves may not be pushovers but they also aren’t totally unbeatable either, and if the Saints bring their A-game there’s no reason they can’t leave Molinuex with all three points.
