Is it time for #HughesOut?

Southampton appointed Mark Hughes over the summer after he seemingly offered stability and passion to a Saints side void of both. Supporters were ridiculed for backing the Welshman even though he was strongly tipped to be the first managerial casualty of the season.

Ten league games in though and several Southampton fans are starting to see the light. The one win over Crystal Palace came when the Eagles didn’t have their strongest player in Wilfried Zaha, and against the rest of the league they have toothless and mentally fragile.

All that grit and determination they showed at the end of last season has seemingly gone leaving the club without much reason to continue to employ Hughes. There are plenty of other options out there and getting a new manager in now could be the smartest thing as to not it too late like Southampton almost did last season.
