Spurs vs Southampton: Premier League – Opposition Threat

Southampton travel to London this evening to face Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley and will be looking to impress their new manager.

Ralph Hasenhuttl was confirmed as the Saints’ new boss this morning on a two-and-a-half year deal and is expected to watch on from the stands tonight.

Current first-team assistant coach Kelvin Davis will be in charge for tonight’s game and will be fully aware of the task that Saints face to get a positive result.

Spurs were beaten 4-2 by fierce rivals Arsenal on Sunday but still sit in a respectable fifth position after another successful campaign to date.

They also stand a good chance of reaching the Champions League knockout stages after a 1-0 win against Inter Milan a week ago.
