Patrick Herrmann

German news outlet Express say that Borussia Monchengladbach winger Patrick Herrmann is on Hasenhuttl’s wishlist.

They explain that the 27-year-old has not been involved much recently under current manager Dieter Hecking and could be available for a cheap price with his contract expiring in June.

Herrmann is renowned as a pacy wide-man and has contributed with 44 goals and 47 assists in 280 Monchengladbach games.

Saints fans will also be familiar with him after he scored twice in his side’s 3-0 pre-season victory at St Mary’s in the summer.
