What a defensive show put on by the Southampton Saints that held a high-powered Chelsea attack to no goals at Stamford Bridge.

Wednesday evening saw Angus Gunn make his Premier League debut. The 22-year-old had the task of being asked to stop shots from top talents like Eden Hazard, a task not many 22-year-old keepers would relish. But Gunn, showed he was worth every penny he was purchased for and made save-after-save to preserve his clean sheet and help his team earn a hard earned point.

Gunn got a lot of help from his teammates as well. Throughout the 90 minutes, the Saints showed discipline and courage when defending. They kept their shape well, pressed Chelsea into making a lot of backwards passes, and won aerial duels and interceptions all-day long. Hasenhuttl, has certainly instilled a new sense of confidence in the players and has been getting the absolute most out of them.

With that said, let us take a look at three that were the most vital to getting a point at the Bridge.
