Gylfi Sigurdsson

The Icelandic international has regularly been a thorn in the side of Saints when facing them for both Swansea City and Everton.

Last season saw Saints victorious over the Toffees by a score of 4-1 but Sigurdsson’s stunning equaliser could have been a turning point in the clash.

His contribution from midfield often goes under the radar but eight goals and three assists this campaign show the way in which he can provide the key moments in tight games.

Saints will have to make sure to track his movement into the spaces in front of their defence this afternoon and be wary of his ability to shoot from long-range.
