Burnley vs Southampton: Premier League – Opposition Threats

Southampton face Burnley at Turf Moor this afternoon in another match potentially crucial to their survival hopes.

If Saints are to get a result, they will have to improve their poor record at the Clarets’ home after some narrow defeats there in recent years.

Both teams gained a point in midweek with Saints equalising late on against Crystal Palace while surrendered a two-goal lead against Manchester United late on.

If either side can grab all three points, a healthy cushion could develop between them and the bottom three.
