Augustin move will command club-record fee

Jean-Kevin Augustin has been mentioned as a possible signing for Saints after working under Ralph Hasenhuttl before.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, the club remain keen to bring him to the Premier League but will have to smash their club-record transfer fee to secure his signature.

The report states that RB Leipzig would want £35m for the 21-year-old with Everton also showing an interest in his services.

Augustin is a player of great potential and would suit Hasenhuttl’s style but Saints may find it difficult to commit so much money towards just one player.
