Southampton completed a superb turnaround against Spurs on Saturday to claim a hugely important 2-1 victory.

Harry Kane had given the visitors the lead during a dominant first-half display from his side, but second-half strikes from Yan Valery and James Ward-Prowse meant it was Saints who took the three points.

With Cardiff also winning this weekend, the win over Spurs sees Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men stay two points clear of the relegation zone ahead of the upcoming international break.

It really was a game of two halves and tactical switch from Hasenhuttl was key to the victory.
