Southampton took another huge step towards Premier League safety with a 3-1 win over Wolves on Saturday.

A brace from Nathan Redmond and a third strike from Shane Long saw them bag a vital three points with other top-flight results going their way.

They now sit eight points clear of the relegation zone with just five games left to play and leapfrogged Brighton thanks to their victory at St Mary’s.
