Forwards and Substitutes

Josh Sims, Right-Wing – 5.5

Not the same influence on the game as last weekend and withdrawn at half time.

Nathan Redmond, Left-Wing – 6.5

Looked confident and ran at his marker often but not a lot came off for him on the day.

Danny Ings, Striker – 6

A quiet afternoon for Ings who didn’t have many chances at all and couldn’t create for his teammates.

Stuart Armstrong, 1st Substitute – 8

A great impact when introduced at half time and setup Lemina’s goal that got Saints back into the game.

Mario Lemina, 2nd Substitute – 7.5

Really well-taken goal as the ball broke to him from Armstrong. Will be looking to prove his worth in the final games if given a starting spot.

Shane Long, 3rd Substitute – 5.5

Didn’t get involved as much as he would have liked in the final 15 minutes.
