Will Hughes
Hughes’ natural ability on the ball allows him to play a number of positions in midfield.
This season he has mainly been an attacking-midfielder in Javi Gracia’s preferred 4-2-2-2 system, operating between wide right and central areas.
The 24-year-old has been a regular since the end of January and possesses a great eye for a pass as well as a good shot with his left foot.
Hughes is likely to be picking up a range of positions in order to affect the game this evening and Saints will need to watch him carefully.
