More touches of the ball than Ings but no sight of goal whatsoever.

Danny Ings, Striker – 5.5

Always puts 100% in but hasn’t got his reward for a while now. Pre-season should do him good ahead of a fresh start.

Nathan Redmond, 1st Substitute – 7.5

A real impact from the bench that showed why he is the key man for Saints currently. Needs some recruitment in forward areas to help him out.

Game was beyond Saints before he got into the game fully.
