A Nathan Redmond stunner wasn’t enough to stop Southampton coasting to a 1-1 draw with relegated Huddersfield Town.

Saints took the lead just before the break, but a horrific mistake from goalkeeper Angus Gunn, gifted Town the equalizer. While the relegated visitors gave it their all, the SFC side may as well have been on the beach.

The hosts offered very little to trouble the Terriers goalkeeper and found it hard work against a committed opponent.

Danny Ings laboured for little reward, while a James Ward-Prowse pile-driver hit the bar. By and large though there was little to write home about during the season’s final afternoon.

With that, said grab your, bucket, spade, and suncream, as we take you through the three key players from Southampton’s 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town.
