Southampton: Five midfielders Saints have been linked with this summer

Tom Rogic

Celtic attacking-midfielder Rogic was mentioned as a Saints transfer target by the Sydney Morning Herald back in May.

The same report also said the fellow Premier League club Leicester City – managed by former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers- were also interested in his services.

Rogic is an Australian international and has made 167 appearances for the Scottish Champions since joining in 2013.

His ability to create is also looks good on paper with him scoring 35 and assisting 29 in his time in Glasgow.
