Brighton vs Southampton: Five players who have played for both clubs

Southampton will still be searching for their first Premier League points of the season when they travel to face Brighton on Saturday.

Two losses to Burnley and Liverpool have come for Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side so far, but they can be encouraged by their display against the Reds last weekend.

Saints and Brighton have played some entertaining games in the past and have faced each other in League One, the Championship and the Premier League in the last ten years.

Last season, a 2-2 draw at St Mary’s was followed up by a 1-0 win for Saints at the AMEX Stadium.

As well as some memorable games between the two sides, some notable players have also played for both clubs in their careers.
