Southampton’s home stadium at St Mary’s will host its sixth international fixture on Tuesday when England host Kosovo.

The South Coast will get to see some of the best players in the country in an important European Championship qualifier as the FA continues to take football to all parts of the country.

Since the summer of 2018, the England senior team have played matches at stadiums such as Leeds United’s Elland Road and Leicester City’s King Power Stadium.

After a good showing at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, the English public has found some love for their national side again.

Two more senior international games have been played at St Mary’s in the past though and the current crop of players will be hoping to fare better than other sides have.
