Andrew Surman

Surman has had spells with Norwich City and Wolves away from the South Coast but has enjoyed by far his most successful times with Saints and Bournemouth.

He came through the Saints academy system as an attacking-midfielder and scored some important goals in 146 senior appearances at St Mary’s.

Whilst with his first club, he also had a taste of life at Bournemouth with a five-month loan spell there.

Now into his fifth permanent year at the Vitality Stadium, he has played 216 times there after becoming a key man in their rise from the Championship to the Premier League.
