Sofiane Boufal

Another player which 12 months ago seemed unlikely to earn a recall to the starting eleven, Boufal was a consistent thorn in the Bournemouth side with his relentless dribbling and delectable footwork. Moreover, the Moroccan attacker worked hard for the common cause, taking his defensive responsibilities seriously right up until the final whistle.

Not known for his work rate, Boufal was always looking to be involved and complimented the raw pace of Redmond. A couple of sharp saves from Bournemouth keeper Ramsdale meant that Boufal was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.

With Moussa Djenepo due to return shortly, Hasenhuttl will have a plethora of attacking options at his disposal. All that is lacking now is a consistent goalscorer to capitalise on the chances being created. Over to you Ralph…
