Saints 2-2 Portsmouth, 2011/12 Championship

Saints would eventually secure promotion to the Premier League during this season, but two draws against Portsmouth cost them the title.

Here, Billy Sharp put Saints ahead after 27 minutes, but a powerful effort from Chris Maguire saw Portsmouth draw level.

The hosts surely thought that they had won it when Sharp put them back ahead with just one minute of normal time remaining, but a long-range volley from David Norris
