Kerry Dixon

After joining Chelsea from Reading in 1983, striker Dixon fired himself into Blues history with his return of goals.

His total of 193 sees him behind only Bobby Tambling and Frank Lampard in the club’s all-time top scorers list.

However, he had nothing like the same impact when he joined Saints in 1992 and only played nine times on the South Coast.

Further spells with Millwall, Watford and Doncaster Rovers weren’t very fruitful either and he retired in 1997.
