Southampton Team News

The Saints had less players going on international duty so were better able to focus and get ready for the string of matches that are coming up.

As for injuries, both Cedric and Djenepo remain out but are making progress in their recovery. “Moussa has made developments and his recovery is okay, but he’s still not 100%,” Ralph said. He also mentioned that he is hoping Djenepo will be back the week of the Manchester City games later this month.

As for Cedric, “He maybe a little bit quicker, but his calf injury takes time to heal and at the moment it’s not as quick as we thought.”

So it sounds like both players are recovering we will just have to wait to see them on the pitch again.

Other than that everyone is healthy and Ralph will have nearly a complete squad to choose his starting XI from.
