Southampton showed progress in their 1-1 draw with Wolves on Saturday and will be looking to take an improved showing into their upcoming run of tough games.

In-form Danny Ings opened the scoring early in the second-half when he seized upon a Wolves mistake in defence and raced through to slide home.

However, the hosts were level just eight minutes later when Raul Jimenez converted from the penalty spot.

Saints remain outside the relegation zone on goal difference alone, but this showing will provide encouragement going into a run of games versus Leicester City, Manchester City, Everton and Arsenal.
