Strikers and Substitutes

Nathan Redmond, Striker – 5

He ran around and tried to do something, which showed more than some of his teammates.

Danny Ings, Striker – 5

A Southampton lad and this showed before he was withdrawn at half-time.

Kevin Danso, 1st Substitute – 4

Didn’t do much wrong when he came on but he and his teammates just couldn’t halt the endless flow.

Jack Stephens, 2nd Substitute – 4

Looked rusty to say the least but no reason why he shouldn’t be given a fair run in the team after this result.

Stuart Armstrong, 3rd Substitute – 4

Endless waves of Leicester attacks didn’t end in the second half and Armstrong had no chance to influence the game because of that.

Deserves a start in one of the Manchester City games this coming week.
