The out-of-favor Southampton keeper has found his love of the game and has had success thus far during his stint in the Scottish Premier League.

The former number 1 for the Saints had his fair share of struggles at the club over the past couple seasons and I think the sentiment amongst fans is they are happy to see Forster playing again and playing well.

Fraser, is not only having success domestically but also internationally this season. Celtic, are tied on top of the table with Rangers thus far this season and playing in the Europa league.

The 6ft 7inch keeper has made ten appearances in the Scottish Premiership and 4 in the Europa League. As I said before, he has been enjoying his time on loan at Celtic and it is said he has wanted to make a permanent move there.

His weekly wages may be the only thing that stands between him and that permanent move because they are a little too high for Celtic’s liking.

The Celtic fans have loved Forster’s play and he has managed to keep 8 clean sheets in his 14 matches and that’s a really good percentage. Granted, Celtic are the cream of the crop in the Scottish League but a clean sheet is a clean sheet no matter how you get it.

It will be interesting to see what happens when his loan spell is up. If I had a guess I would have to believe he ends up in Scotland permanently and will probably see his career out there.
