West Ham to move for Cedric?

Cedric Soares’ time at St Mary’s looks to be coming to an end and West Ham have been linked with a move for him in January.

According to @ExWHUemployee on Twitter – regarded as a reliable source of information by West Ham fans – the Hammers see Cedric as an option as they look to sort their full-back options.

The Portuguese international’s contract with Saints expires in the summer and he has already confirmed that this will be his last season on the South Coast.

Despite not being in the long-term plans of the club, Cedric has made 12 appearances for Saints this season and appears to be ahead of Yan Valery in the pecking order currently.
