Southampton: My Saints Team of the Decade – Marc Walker

It is rare to go a long period of time without seeing a graphic showing the starting 11 Southampton could have had without selling players.

We all know that such a line-up taking to the field in red and white stripes would be unrealistic, but celebrating the contributions of the players included is still important.

As we move into another decade, here we look at a version of what the Saints Team of the Decade may look like.

Whilst the period from 2017 to 2019 has been more difficult and seen more patience needed by fans, the earlier years were full of some of the best moments in the club’s history.
