Southampton are still very much in the middle of a rebuilding process under the guidance of Ralph Hasenhuttl.

The current football season may be on hold for the moment, but that will not have stopped Saints planning for the future.

Summer transfer windows are where teams do most of their business these days due to having more time to work things out. Should the window be open in July and August, it will be vital for Saints.

Funds may not be endless for Hasenhuttl to work with following a costly slip down the top-flight table in recent seasons, but that doesn’t mean that talented players won’t be up for grabs.
