After original reports that broke last night, Southampton officially announced that manager Ralph Hasenhuttl had signed a new four-year deal at the club.

The news was greeted with delight by the Saints fans who see and appreciate the plans he is putting in place at St Mary’s.

Hasenhuttl’s willingness to commit to the club was confirmed a while back by media sources with close links to Saints, but now things can really start to be put in place after the official news was released this morning.
