I’m the Captain now

The captaincy has officially been passed from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to James Ward-Prowse. And the kid looked like he was born to wear that armband. He has always been a leader on the pitch and now he has the armband to match it.

Not to say Hojbjerg was not a great captain, but I do think this was the perfect time for Ward-Prowse to step-up into the role and lead the team he has been with since he was a child.

Moving forward, he will learn how to best lead this team but this got him off on the right foot and I am sure Hasenhuttl could not be happier.
