Interest in Zeefuik remains

Along with a replacement for Hojbjerg and a new centre-back, Saints will be looking to bring in a new right-back ahead of next season.

Kyle Walker-Peters is putting in a good application to fill the role with his recent displays in his loan spell from Spurs, but there has also been interest shown in Groningen’s Deyovaisio Zeefuik.

According to Voetbal International, Saints are still in the race to sign him this summer and are still competing with Hertha Berlin.

Zeefuik would be available for a smaller fee than Walker-Peters but a decision will probably be made on who will fit well into the team for the long-term.
