Number 1

Danny Ings – Previous Rank: 2 (+1)

On Sunday Danny Ings showed he is so much more than just a goal scorer. He can literally do it all. He makes defenders look silly with his dribbling and can pick out passes that not many other strikers would even dare to attempt.

He collected his first two assists of the season and was the catalyst for the Southampton attack. If he continues to play like this he will be in the discussion for player of the season at the end of the campaign.

I have a feeling we may soon see a hattrick out of Ings and I cannot wait for that.
