Raul Jimenez – Forward

It should be of no real surprise that the Mexican is considered a big-threat to Southampton’s backline on Monday. In terms of his all round game, Jimenez shows strengths in just about every area of his game and is lethal in his finishing and heading.

The former-Benfica star has been involved in half of Wolves’ Premier League goals so far this season with four (four goals, zero assists).

WhoScored.com have the striker down as having strengths in headed attempts, passing, dribbling, through balls, key passes and finishing. It would suggest that Saints might have better luck in cutting off his supply lines to suffocate him of goal scoring opportunities or to force him to drop deeper in search for the ball.

The likely centre-back pairing of Jan Bednarek and Jannik Vestergaard will have to be on top form to stop Jimenez from getting on the scoresheet.
