Pedro Neto – Midfielder

The 20-year-old winger has had a goal involvement of three for Wolves so far this campaign (one goal and two assists).

WhoScored.com rate the Portuguese-star as the midlands’ club best rated player so far this campaign with a rating of 7.18 – reasons for that would be down to his 1.9 key passes per game (pg), 1.6 crosses pg and 1.8 interceptions pg as well as the mentioned two assists.

His 1.6 crosses pg could be of some concern for Southampton, as mentioned cutting off the supply to Raul Jimenez will be of most importance and with Neto being Wolves’ main provider thus far – though versatile to play anywhere out-wide or at number ten, either full-backs or central midfielders will need to aggressive in containing the former-Braga man.
