Southampton’s past transfer business has been well-documented, with famous departures from the club remembered by many Premier League fans.

However, incoming transfers to St Mary’s are not talked about so much despite Saints pulling off some excellent deals since their return to the top-flight of English football in 2012.

This series of articles will take us back through all of the players that have signed to play in red and white since that 2012/13 season and ratings will be provided based on how each transfer paid off.

As Saints fans will know, some have been a lot more successful than others.
