Southampton: How Saints could line up against Brighton on Monday

Southampton make the short trip along the South Coast to face Brighton on Monday and will be looking to secure a positive result.

Their 3-2 loss to Manchester United had seen them build a strong lead in the first-half after goals from Jan Bednarek and James Ward-Prowse, but a fightback in the second period saw United eventually claim the three points on offer with Edinson Cavani proving to be the match-winner.

Brighton will be looking to build upon their recent run of positive results after claiming a win and two draws in their last three fixtures, so Saints will have to be back to their very best to get points back on the board.
