Vestergaard had dropped out of the top five for just a short period of time and has now roared back after some tremendous performances over the last two weeks.

His long passes to Kyle Walker-Peters are a thing of beauty and his defensive position and awareness have been tremendous. Additionally, his confidence on the ball is game-changing as he is able to carry the ball forward like a midfielder and distribute it with ease.

He has been a joy to watch this season and happy he has been playing so well.
