Southampton: Four players linked with January transfers to Saints so far

Southampton are likely to take the opportunity to add one or two more faces to their squad in this January transfer window.

Ralph Hasenhuttl and his side found some excellent form in the early season and looked to be in for a consistent fight for European qualification in 2020/21.

A recent dip in results has seen Saints looking a little jaded though and new additions may be what is required to see them hit optimal performance levels once again.

Whilst movement is expected to be limited in the Premier League once again, Kyle Walker-Peters’ initial loan move to St Mary’s was an example of how the club can get things right mid-season.

Here is a look at four players Saints were linked with just ahead of the transfer window opening:
