Q4: If you were to choose between youngsters with long-term potential or older players who can provide quality now, which way would you go?

I believe that Saints have the perfect formula working currently, a mix of bringing in young developing players that can provide long-term options or even some who develop on loan and are sold for profits later, alongside talented and experienced veterans. Theo Walcott has been a great addition for the side this year, and it’s always great to see ex-Saints make an impact on a return to the side. If Saints can continue this mixed approach along with Ralph’s focus on a holistic experience with the club all the way down to the youth academies, they can continue to improve within the Premier League.
